Nice to meet you, my name is Yuval, 24 years old, originally from Kadima, in the Merkaz area of Israel.
The thing I love the most in the world is to hike- wherever I can, as much as I can.
During my travels I try to learn about the natural world I see: learning about cave exploring, clouds, animals, and especially, stars!
My enthusiasm for the night sky originated from my military service.
In my training as a paratrooper I had many chances to look at the dark skies.
Seeing the stars made me wonder- what are there names? How can I recognize them?
To learn more I read books, went to stargazing events and, eventually, bought a telescope.
Now, four years later, I am excited to take you on a journey, to see the skies the same way I see them, as a part of my life.
